Important Dates
2025-2026 Teaching Year
Tuition is due the 1st of every month. A late fee is assessed after the 7th of the month.
2025
July 15 – Final day for current students to confirm they are returning. After this date, students will be placed on the wait list for future available openings.
August 1 – August tuition and materials deposit required to be paid. Late payments will result in students being moved to the wait listed for future available openings.
August 4 – Lessons resume
August TBD – CAPMT Discovery Day
September 1 – Studio closed for Labor Day
October 3 – Group makeup class for August & September absences* 5-6pm
October TBD – Registration deadline for CAPMT Piano Festival
October 24-25 – CAPMT State Conference
November TBD – CAPMT Piano Festival
November 27-28 – Studio closed for Thanksgiving
Nov/Dec – in person RCM assessments
December 5 – Group makeup class for October & November absences* 5-6pm
December 13 – Winter Recital 7pm Christ the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church
December 20 – Studio closes for Winter Break

February 6 – Group makeup class for December & January absences* 5-6pm
March 21-25 – MTNA Conference. (Studio closed March 20-27)
April 3 – Group makeup class for February & March absences* 5-6pm
May 25 – Studio closed for Memorial Day
June 5 – Group makeup class for April – June absences* 5-6pm
June 6 – “It’s Alive!” Recital 7pm Christ the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church
June 25 – Last instructional day
